Nor'easter MASL Demo

Ken Guerin and Paul Chicoine will be presenting at the Nor'easter a demo of a new game system under development and currently in play test called MASL (Macro ASL). Attendees that are interested can ask questions, kibitz and/or play during the event.

MASL is a double-blind grand tactical game system set in World War II. MASL Scenarios cover multi-day operations with each side commanding Corps or Divisions comprised of HQ, artillery batteries, companies, vehicle platoons and other assets. The double-blind methodology revolves around perimeter management, where movement within each player's established perimeter is hidden from the other player. Unit movement, reconnaissance and infiltration actions into the other player's perimeter are announced and adjusted accordingly. Resulting battles are resolved either on the MASL CRT or played out as uniquely generated limited intelligence ASL scenarios.

The Demo will mainly be run on Friday and Saturday, but Paul and Kevin would be happy to demonstrate on Thursday or Sunday as well. If you would like more details, please contact Paul at paul_chicoine@yahoo.com
